  • This site is a home for essays on education, leadership, knowing, work, and institutional responsibility. It reflects both a deep commitment to higher education and a willingness to confront its role, obligations, and failures. The writing here is not presented as formal research. Instead, as a personal essay platform, the blog allows me to develop ideas more directly and critically than I might in an academic publication, where caution, framing, and methodological restraint are expected. Here, I engage prevailing narratives, question assumptions, and articulate positions that do far less hedging. The freedom of this space is not a rejection of rigor, but an expression of it in a different form. 


  • This blog is meant to be more than a platform for my ideas alone. I welcome thoughtful comments, serious exchange, and conversation with readers who care about education, leadership, work, and institutional life.
